1. Purpose & seller

These terms govern the sale of the digital resources offered on Wiizer Studio. The sale, payment and delivery are carried out by Tebex Limited, official seller and merchant of record; Wiizer Studio is the creator and publisher of the resources. Tebex/Cfx.re terms and refund policy apply to the transaction.

2. Products

Products are digital resources (scripts, mods) for the RedM/FiveM platform, granted under licence. Their features are described on each product page.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the displayed currency, any taxes handled by Tebex depending on your country. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of order.

4. Order & payment

Orders are placed and paid through the Tebex payment interface. The contract is formed on payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate after payment: download and/or activation via Cfx.re's Asset Escrow system linked to your account. For access issues, contact wiizer.code.fr@gmail.com.

6. Right of withdrawal

These are digital contents supplied immediately. By starting the download or access, you expressly request immediate performance and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (in the EU, per applicable consumer law). No refund is due on that basis once access has been provided.

7. Refunds

Any refunds are handled by Tebex under the Cfx/Tebex refund policy.

8. Licence & intellectual property

The purchase grants a right of use under the product's licence. Reselling, redistribution and bypassing Escrow are prohibited.

9. Warranties

You benefit from the statutory warranties applicable to digital content as provided by law. Support is provided by the studio: wiizer.code.fr@gmail.com.

10. Mediation & disputes

As the sale is concluded with Tebex (seller / merchant of record), complaint handling and mediation for the transaction fall under Tebex/Cfx.re terms and policy. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The site is published by Wiizer Studio and governed by French law; failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.

Wiizer Studio is not approved, sponsored, or endorsed by Rockstar Games.

RedM and FiveM are projects of Cfx.re. Red Dead Redemption 2, RDR2 and Rockstar Games are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. All other trademarks, logos and game content belong to their respective owners. Wiizer Studio is an independent studio creating resources (mods) for the RedM platform; it does not use any Rockstar/Take-Two trademark or intellectual property in a way that suggests approval or partnership.
