Data we process

• Purchases: order, email and payment are handled by Tebex Limited, our official seller. Tebex acts as seller for the transaction; we do not receive your card details.
• Resource delivery: your Cfx.re / RedM identifier may be used to link a protected (Escrow) purchase to your account.
• Browsing: only technical cookies required for the site to work (cart, session, language preference). The site currently uses no audience-measurement tool or third-party advertising tracker.
• Contact: information you send us by email or via Discord.

Purposes & legal bases

• Fulfil your order and provide support (performance of the contract);
• Ensure the security and proper operation of the site (legitimate interest);
• Measure audience and improve the site (consent, for non-essential cookies);
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Recipients & processors

Tebex (payment and delivery), Cfx.re (Escrow delivery), our host and, where applicable, our analytics tools. These providers may be located outside the EU (notably the UK / United States); appropriate safeguards then govern the transfers.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as needed for support and legal (notably accounting) obligations. Other data is kept only as long as strictly necessary for its purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them: wiizer.code.fr@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL - www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary cookies for it to work (cart, session, language preference); these do not require consent. Should an audience-measurement or non-essential tracker be added later, a consent banner would be put in place beforehand.
